First Time Patients to TruCare Dental
From the moment you walk through our door, our number one goal is that you feel welcomed and at ease with your dental visit. With a focus on customer service and individualized care, our entire staff is prepared to answer your questions.
We understand that you are busy, so we make filling out our necessary paperwork a breeze by letting our patients register online, or you can download new patient forms from our website. Completing these forms ahead of time, will speed up your check in process. Of course, you can always complete these forms in our office. Usually, arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled time will give you ample time to complete necessary paperwork.
Once checked in we’ll take time to get to know you and introduce you to our team. Our dentist(s) will meet with you, review your medical history, hear your concerns and answer your questions. Following your exam, your dentist will take time to review the findings of your exam. A personalized, continuing care plan will be developed to help you achieve your optimal oral health.

Insurance and Payments
We are in-network providers with virtually all dental insurances and take care of all claims on behalf of our patients. If you have questions about your dental insurance plan, please do not hesitate to visit or call our office at (505) 369-0074.
Money shouldn’t keep you from getting the dental care you need. We offer different payment and financing options tailored to fit your budget. Payments are due at the time of service and we accept cash, checks, most major credit cards and care credit.
